These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gabzinvesting.com (the “Site”) and the Gabz Investing membership offered through Patreon (together, the “Service”). By visiting the Site or joining the membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Gabz Investing is an independent educational and commentary project run by Gabriel (“Gabz”). It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and nothing about the Service should be read as implying otherwise.

2. Description of the Service

The Service consists of market commentary, a proprietary TradingView indicator (“SuperTrend”), written research, portfolio activity updates, and access to a private Discord community. Membership, billing, and cancellation are handled entirely through Patreon; access to the indicator and Discord is granted manually once your Patreon membership is verified, and may take some time to activate.

3. Not Financial Advice

Everything published through the Service — including the SuperTrend indicator, commentary, research, and portfolio updates — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or other asset. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.

4. No Guarantees; Assumption of Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance shown or discussed through the Service — including any portfolio results, indicator signals, or member testimonials — is not indicative of future results. We make no representation or warranty that any strategy, indicator, or piece of commentary will be profitable or suitable for your circumstances.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Membership billing runs through Patreon, community discussion runs through Discord, and the indicator runs on TradingView. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, features, or policies. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your Patreon account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The SuperTrend indicator, the Site’s content, design, and branding are the property of Gabz Investing and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside the membership without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabz Investing and its founder will not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including trading or investment losses, indicator performance, or reliance on any commentary or research shared through the Site, Discord, or Patreon.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time as the Service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
